Comprehensive Driver Screenings

Before listing a ride, all drivers are required to complete a verification screening call. This allows Zipi to verify drivers' identities and collect important identifying information, such as license details, driving history, and student status.

Women-Only Rides

Certain rides are marked as WOMEN ONLY and can only be booked by women. These rides have female drivers.

Hourly Checkups

Riders can opt in to receive hourly check-up messages from our dispatch team. In the case of an emergency, text back the number for live assistance.

Detailed Driver Profiles

Drivers are required to create a comprehensive profile, including information such as name, year, and profile photo. If riders are uncomfortable with their driver, they can change their ride free of charge.

Other Safety Tips

Verify car information before entering your ride Riders are provided with driver license plate information and car make, model, and color. If the car picking you up doesn't match, do not enter and report the ride.
